Joseph M. Rosen, MD, is Professor of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery, at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, and Adjunct Associate Professor and Senior Lecturer at the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth. He is currently active in policy and doctrine advising for the Department of Defense, chairing the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO) Improvised Explosive Device (IED) Medical Sub-Panel under the Defense Science Board in 2008.
Rosen earned his B.A. from Cornell University in 1974 and his M.D. from Stanford University in 1978. He has practiced Reconstructive Plastic Surgery for 30 years, specializing in hand surgery and microsurgery, and is also regarded for his facial reconstruction work. He has served the wounded service members at Walter Reed in this capacity during the current wars. Rosen has studied nerve repair for over 20 years, receiving his first NIH grant in 1985 on this subject. His other research interests include: Human Machine Interfaces, Microsurgery and Transplantation of Limbs, Computer-Aided Surgery, Virtual Reality Simulators and methods of Surgical Education, Telemedicine and Informatics, Healthcare Delivery for Medical Disasters, and countermeasures for Bio-Terrorism.
Mr. Dinin is a senior executive with extensive U.S. and international management experience. His experience encompasses over forty (40) years proven ability to manage products, technology, manufacturing, engineering human resources and services.

2001-Present- Founder and Managing Partner of Enable Capital a Wall Street based Company focused on secured financing. Co-founder of Enable Advisors a management consulting firm providing operational advisory services and investment banking services to midsized technology based firms. From 1999 to 2001 President and CEO of Robocom Systems a NASDAQ based software company with a leading position in the automation of logistics and supply chain solutions to Fortune 500 companies.From1996-1999 Senior Vice President, Olsten Corporation responsible for marketing and national accounts business units with revenue of over $600 million. From 1986-1996 served as President Linotype Corporation. During his tenure he grew the company into the world’s largest manufacturer of pre-press equipment. He was responsible for the introduction of the world’s first Adobe PostScript based pre-press systems. From 1984-1986 Vice President General Manager, Automatic Data Processing responsible for accounting services business unit; 1980-1984 Vice President General Manger Arrow Electronics- created $80 million computer products distribution business in three years.
He currently serves on the board of advisors for the CW POST School of Management and the Stony Brook University School of Engineering.
Al Harms currently serves as Vice President, Strategic Planning and Initiatives and Special Assistant to the President at the University of Central Florida (UCF). A bold innovator, inspirational team builder and decisive leader, he additionally serves on numerous boards across the country including academic, scientific, commercial and philanthropic organizations. Previously, Vice Admiral (Ret) Harms concluded a distinguished naval career by serving as the Chief Learning Officer for the United States Navy.
Major General William (Bill) L. Bond was born on 2 December 1947 in Roseburg, Oregon. He graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and received a Regular Army Commission through the Reserve Officers Training Corps as a second lieutenant in 1970. He was commissioned as an Air Defense Officer. He later received his Masters of Science Degree in Acquisition and Contract Management from Florida Institute of Technology.
